For the avatar system, my friend said she would let me borrow her Photoshop 8 or something, like the one that's right before the CSS or CSC.. I'm not sure what it's called, but yeah. So I'll get that.. but for the actual coding.. not too good. It's too complicated Dx. If it was making a banner I would be able to do that DX.

It sucks, but now I'm kinda learning, but I doubt if I made a webpage, it would be useful cause there isn't a place where you can edit the layout of the site.. or there might be, but I'm not looking in the right place. [Admin of another site on this phpbb]

Yes, but this is like a Free Forum kinda thing, where the site is giving you a free website where you can pretty much imitate a real one. There's a Admin Control Panel, but I didn't see anything about being able to change the layout other than using the premade ones.
